Leo Mancino of CVA sold the 258 & 258A McIntyre Road property at a 5.07% yield.
It has a 406 sqm office and warehouse building leased to mechanics Clinton H Motors, and a 157 sqm retail space tenanted by John’s Café, and features ample on-site parking, immediate access to the Western Ring Road, container height roller door and commercial kitchen in the retail space.
The sale price reflected $2,007.10 per sqm.
