A RETAIL freehold investment located within the Aqua Gardens shopping centre in Sydenham has sold for $945,000.
Leno Mancino and Ian Angelico of CVA sold the property, at Shop 7, 28A Huge Drive, in Melbourne’s north-west.
The 150sqm shop is leased to restaurant Caroline Thai 2 and attracted 53 bids from six parties at auction, eventually selling 18% above the reserve.
