CONSTRUCTION is now underway at S&S Projects’ third Rainbow Bay project on the Gold Coast, as the developers appoint Hutchinson Builders to deliver the $130 million Esprit.
Esprit will comprise 94 luxury apartments across two interconnected buildings, with amenities including the city’s first ever residents’ only wellness rooftop and recreation area, Club Esprit.
S&S Projects appointed Hutchinson Builders after the development saw an initial flurry of $71 million in sales in the weekend of its launch.
The final release of apartments has also been released at the Cottee Parker Architects-designed project, which includes a collection of two- and three-bedroom residences in the 12-storey and 7-storey buildings.
This release has been priced from $995,000 for two-bedroom apartments ranging from 109sqm to 128sqm, with three-bedroom apartments starting at $1.95 million and ranging from 151sqm to 215sqm.
“With our first two projects considerably progressed, we are pleased to have commenced construction on our third development at Rainbow Bay,” said Paul Gedoun, director at S&S Projects.
Esprit comes off the back of the success of the group’s $74 million Flow Residences and Awaken Residences, which set a Coolangatta penthouse sale price at $8.15 million.
“Our trilogy of stunning developments has been exceptionally well received by the market and they undoubtedly set a new standard of modern coastal living on the southern Gold Coast,” added Gedoun.
Both Flow and Awaken are also currently under construction, with the former recently topping out and the latter recently reaching completion on the basement.
“As one of Queensland’s largest construction companies, Hutchinson’s are well equipped to ensure the viability of the project and navigate the challenges facing the industry at this time, which provides our buyers with peace of mind,” said Jayde Pezet, of Pezet Matheson, who are marketing the project.
On top of amenities at Club Esprit, including a gym, yoga lawn, private remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, steam rooms, 25-metre infinity edge lap pool and poolside cabanas, the Esprit is well placed for residents to enjoy all that central Rainbow Bay has to offer.
Esprit is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2024.
