THE Tishman Speyer Office Fund has repaid its share of the Empire Hawkeye loan.
TSO’s share of the repayment of the Empire Hawkeye loan ($US146.9 million) has been funded through the drawing by US REIT of the remaining $US108 million available under the US REIT Facility, together with a portion of the new liquidity obtained from the sale of 550 Terry Francois Boulevard, San Francisco and 3 MacArthur Place, Orange County.
