A TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine practitioner has expanded in Camberwell in Melbourne’s inner east.
Fitzroys Adam Lester and Michael Ryan leased the ground floor shop at 690 Burke Rd Camberwell to Shen Chinese Medicine Centre, which will open its 10th store in Melbourne.
The 81 sqm space was leased on a five-year term with a five-year option at $52,000 p.a.
Lester said prime sites on Burke Rd Camberwell continued to attract the attention of a range of operators, supported by numerous established retailers in the precinct.
