It last traded for approximately $11.5m in 2021, although it has been identified since as being part of a strategic growth area within the Burlington GO major transit-station area. Such areas have been targeted as priorities for transit-supportive, mixed-use intensification.
Over 90% of the land is developable. According to marketing materials, a building of up to 45 storeys is possible. The land is zoned GE2 – general employment, and is occupied by an industrial building and storage yard.
