The 619-621 Harris Street property in Ultimo, on the south-west edge of the city, encompasses a 355sqm site and has a floor area of 665sqm, and features dual access with seven car spaces.
It was offered with a short-term lease and is located 600 metres from Central Station.
CBRE’s Gemma Isgro, Michael Khoui and Nicholas Heaton marketed the property, which was sold at auction by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
