LANDLORD-owned and operated Urban Collective is bringing premium coworking spaces to Neutral Bay in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
As part of the redevelopment of the Big Bear Shopping Centre lifestyle precinct, Urban Collective will provide 3,503 sqm of private and semi-private suites and open-plan co-working areas.
Urban Collective general manager Laura Dawson said unlike other flailing models where the coworking provider leases its sites, Urban Collective owns its spaces, providing an extra layer of certainty for tenants.
“We are delighted to welcome the Neutral Bay community to our new, premium office spaces.
“Urban Collective anticipates strong interest from tenants, with 10 tenants having already signed contracts with the co-working provider,” Dawson concluded.
