A VACANT 80 sqm strata office suite in Sydney’s City Mutual Building at 66 Hunter Street, opposite the future Martin Place metro station, has sold under the hammer for $1.265 million.
CBRE’s Paul Grasso and Nicholas Heaton marketed Suite 8, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
The suite is one level three of the building and comes with an additional 3 sqm of lettable area.
The art deco City Mutual Building was constructed in 1936 and is on the corner of Blight Street.
