VDM Group’s subsidiary, Keytown Constructions has been awarded a construction project to build a 5400 sqm, two storey administration and warehouse facility in Hazelmere, Western Australia.
This contract is valued at $4.2 million and involves substantial tilt up panel, concrete, structural steel and civil works, and has an intended completion date of November 2006.
Keytown’s general manager Paul Carter said the facility will ultimately be leased to Best Tractor Parts.
“This size and type of development is in line with Keytown’s strategy of negotiating projects with reputable clients for a successful outcome to the benefit of all parties.
“Structural, civil and overall design is to be carried out by Van Der Meer Consulting and once again this project demonstrates VDM Group’s ability to provide its clients with a complete construction package, from concept to completion,” he added.
