Wentworth Mutual has bought the management rights to the Royal Pacific Resort on the Broadwater at Biggera Waters in Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The holiday resort is a four star, six year old twin tower complex located seven kilometres north of
Surfers Paradise.
There are 64 well appointed apartments in the letting pool and these are situated over six levels.
“We estimate a return on investment of 20% (before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) and given our recent link with global marketing giant RCI Pacific,” Wentworth Mutual’s executive director Kingsley Lamont said.
