AMP Capital Investors has sold an industrial warehouse at Marrickville in inner west Sydney for $20 million.
The property is located at 74 Fitzroy St Marrickville, and was purchased by Hydrox Nominees, a joint venture between Woolworths and American home improvement retailing giant Lowes.
The property comprises 27,520 sqm of space.
The property is expected to house Hydrox Nominee’s hardware and home improvement centres.
Woolworths and Lowes are planning to build 150 of the bulky good centres in the next five years, to compete with Bunnings Warehouse.
