RESTAURANT review service Zomato has leased an office in the Melbourne CBD’s east-end on a short-term basis.
The group will operate from the seventh floor of the B-grade 63 Exhibition St tower for 12 months. CBRE’s Will Dungey and Scott McGlone brokered the deal on behalf of Salta.
“Zomato required a short-term solution to accommodate its current operations, which this building was able to offer in the form of a flexible, 12-month lease term,” Dungey said. “The 475sqm suite was offered at a compelling price point, which further enhanced its appeal to the incoming tenant.”
Property firm Lauders Real Estate has taken up in the building, signing a three-year deal for a 193sqm quite on the fifth floor at $300 per sqm net.
McGlone said the property’s position in the eastern pocket of Melbourne’s CBD underpinned the deal.
