The 30,000 sq ft building, on a 2-acre corner lot at 2255 Townline Road, has five oversized doors at grade in an industrial area of the city. Marcus & Millichap has the marketing assignment. The valuation works out to about $508/sq ft.
The property, built in 1979, will be delivered vacant and is being marketed toward owner/users. Zoning allows for manufacturing, warehousing, auto repair and storage or research, among other uses.
The warehouse is 2 km from Abbotsford International Airport and 8 km from the Abbotsford-Huntingdon border crossing.
Abbotsford is a city of about 155,000 people 63 km southeast of Vancouver.
