THE time has come for Macquarie Countrywide Trust and Macquarie Office Trust to changeover to Charter Hall Group.
The management of Macquarie Office Trust has confirmed it will be renamed Charter Hall Office REIT, to reflect the acquisition of Macquarie Office Management Limited.
CHC has also bought a 7.5% interest in the trust.
The Charter Hall Office REIT will begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the new code, CQO.
Meanwhile Macquarie CountryWide Trust will become Charter Hall Retail REIT.
CHC also has a 7.5% stake in the trust.
Charter Hall Retail REIT will trade on the ASX under the new code of CQR.
