A VACANT development site in Perth’s southern suburbs of Beaconsfield has been snapped up by a private investor for $1.67 million.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tom Nattrass sold the property located at 252 Hampton Rd on behalf of the Day family to a local private investor for $1.675 million.
The property comprises a 2,810 sqm vacant parcel of land located 3km from Fremantle.
Nattrass said the site, situated within the Strang Street Development Area 14, is suitable for a range of commercial uses and will likely be subdivided.
