DIPLOMA Group has bought an apartment development site at 708 Foundry Road in Midland, Western Australia.
The company has proposed to develop a medium density $20 million residential project which will include approximately 43 apartments over 3 levels. The project already has Development Approval in place.
CEO Nick Di Latte said the acquisition provides opportunity to capitalise on Midland’s growth as a strategic regional centre.
The apartments will be released to the market off-the-plan in June 2010 with construction set to commence shortly in the months following release. The project will be completed in FY2012.
