M3PROPERTY has appointed two new valuers to its Queensland and Victoria offices.
The company has appointed Peter Payne as senior valuer in Queensland. He was formerly a director with Herron Todd White for 10 years. Payne has extensive experience in a wide range of valuation applications including all classes of rural property for financial reporting, mortgage, pre-purchase and pre-sale purposes.
Meanwhile Alistair Kensley has also been appointed senior valuer to the Victorian office. He was with Charter Keck Cramer for 21 years and also having held roles as a senior valuer with the office of the Valuer-General and an agricultural officer with the Department of Agriculture.
