A STRATA title office suite in the new building at 400 Canterbury Road Surrey Hills has sold privately by agents Gorman Commercial for $450,000.
Known as Suite 2, the 81 sqm property sold for over $5,500 per sqm – setting a new record for the area.
Gorman Commercial selling agent James Treloar said the sale reflects the strong demand for owner-occupier space in this area which offers excellent accessibility, strong rail and regional road access and a high quality office development.
“The 400 Canterbury Road project comprising a three storey individually titled office suite project has been developed by the long established Wolfstep Projects group,” Treloar said.
He added that Suite 2 has been purchased by a local specialist travel and tour organizer.
