HELLO! Frank Walker’s National Tiles has leased a retail showroom at Warana on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Savills Sunshine Coast agents Scott Gardiner and Jason O’Meara negotiated the lease for the 540 sqm property at Unit 1/236 Nicklin Way Warana.
Gardiner said the showroom provides maximum exposure on the busy Nicklin Way, the main road link between Caloundra and Maroochydore.

The property was leased for five years with further five year options at low $200 per sqm per annum plus outgoings and GST.
O’Meara said the property is ideally suited to National Tiles.
