A DEVELOPMENT site at Elsternwick in Melbourne's inner south has been sold for $3.5 million by Grange Property Consultants.
Grange Property Consultants director Joel Wald negotiated the off market sale of 15-19 Gordon St Elsternwick, on behalf of Elsternwick Properties Pty Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Amalgamated Holdings Limited.
Located opposite the Elsternwick train station, the 1,160 sqm site comprises a substantial two storey office and laboratory previously occupied by Cinevex Film Laboratories.
Wald said the Melbourne based purchaser is considering its options including a continuation of the current use and possible ultimate development.
