TWO former Anglican Church properties at Ardmona and Toolamba in the Greater Shepparton Local Government Area, have been sold after auction.
Pat Rice & Hawkins offered the properties for auction on Saturday 8 February but it was passed in.
Selling agent Bart O’Sullivan said both properties are churches whose construction dates back to circa 1914, which have not been used for five years or more and were on offer to the highest bidder on the day.
“We sold the Ardmona property at the auction for $97,000 and post auction negotiations have resulted in the sale of the Toolamba church for $107,000,” he said.
