T & J Café Company has committed to a new retail lease at Puckle St, Moonee Ponds in Melbourne's inner north-west.
Teska Carson negotiated the deal at shop 9, 11-15 Puckle St, the property comprises a 78 sqm premises leased on a five-year term with a five-year option, at a rental of circa $53,000 p.a. plus outgoings and GST.
Teska Carson agents Tom Maule and Adrian Boutsakiss said the tenant is relocating into the premises it had previously occupied five years ago.
“T & J Café are moving back into the centre at a very opportune time.
“The tenant has taken the opportunity to relocate to a location it had tenanted successfully some years ago. Anyone who knows Melbourne will be aware that Puckle St is one of Melbourne’s most popular and tightly held retail strip centres, while Moonee Ponds is also arguably the inner north-west’s best retail strip address. As such any vacancy is usually the subject of intense competition,” Maule said.
