A HIGH profile corner development site at Preston in Melbourne's northern suburbs has sold for $2.56 million.
Kliger Wood Real Estate’s Grant McKenzie and Nick Breheny negotiated the sale of 30 Cramer St Preston.
The 1,761 sqm site was sold with a short term lease.
The agents said the site is located in a priority development zone and an indicative development study from Hayball Architects shows it can accommodate 65 units (STCA).
