BOVIS Lend Lease has started construction of a $50 million commercial office building in Canberra for local developer NDH Property Services.
The building, known as Section 92, will be located at 16 Marcus Clarke Street, the property will be the third project Bovis Lend Lease has undertaken for NDH Property Services in Canberra.
Section 92 will comprise eight levels of office accommodation plus a ground floor terrace café and lobby space. The building will also feature three levels of basement car parking.
Bovis Lend Lease General Manager – ACT Lawrie Foster said the company has a long history of delivering major projects in the territory.
The company completed the construction of the new headquarters for the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet at One National Circuit earlier this year and recently completed the new Australian Taxation Office headquarters.
Bovis Lend Lease is also project managing the development of the new home for the Attorney General’s Department at 3-5 National Circuit.
