GEO Property Group has released 19.5 hectares of land $34.5 million project at its Mount Cotton Village development in bayside Brisbane.
The 142 homesites in the Treeline release range in size from approximately 600 sqm to 1153 sqm with the first stage of 32 lots being competitively priced at approximately $255,000.
GEO’s general manager of marketing and product development Dean McMahon said the land release would give homebuyers a surprisingly affordable entry to the well-established community which was known for its relaxed lifestyle.
GEO is developing Mt Cotton under its Villa World Homes brand, there are more than 500 homes planned for the adjoining $260 million Mount Cotton Village. The estate covers a total of nearly 200ha.
