DEVELOPER Robina Group has a $130 million residential project on the Gold Coast and has already sold out its $20 million first release.
Robina has sold 44 freehold terrace homes in the Botanique Terrace Homes development to local and interstate buyers ahead of the project being taken to market.
The Botanique will now release its second stage of 75 terrace homes priced from $519,000.
Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the pre-release sell out of Botanique’s initial offering is the latest proof of the soaring demand for brand new home stock in Robina, especially freehold terrace homes with no body corporate fees.
“All of the 44 sales in Botanique’s first stage have come from buyers who previously expressed an interest for freehold terrace homes during the sale process for our nearby CityVillage development’s latest stage.
“The demand is unprecedented and reflects a new kind of buyer in Robina and wider Gold Coast City – people who want to live in an inner city location, with the low maintenance lifestyle of an apartment, on their own piece of land,” Tippett said.
Botanique will eventually comprise 230 three-bedroom terrace homes to be developed in four stages on the 12.4ha site.
