AN industrial unit at Frenchs Forest has been snapped up by a private investor on a 7.8% net yield.
JLL North Sydney’s Ben Byford sold the property for $838,600, on behalf of Neil Street Pty Limited.
Building A, Unit 1, 14 Rodborough Rd Frenchs Forest in Sydney’s north comprises a two-storey 299.5 sqm unit with a 50/50 split of office to warehouse. It was sold with a three-year lease to Liberty Signs.
