SEOUL-based FG Asset Management has completed the $224.5 million acquisition of the Louisa Lawson building in Canberra.
Tim Mutton and Paul Powderly of Colliers International negotiated the sale of the 25 Cowlishaw St Greenway property, which is the largest office building sale in 2015.
The Louisa Lawson building is a campus-style A-grade office building of 26,000 sqm and is leased to federal government.
