A PRIVATE investor has acquired a site next to Western Australia’s first Aldi store in Champion Lakes for $1.05 million.
Located at 125 Westfield Drive Camillo, the 2,310 sqm site comprises a freestanding property occupied by Champion Lakes Car Wash and Chicken Treat, securely leased until 2022 and 2019 respectively.
CBRE’s Michael Milne and Richard Cash negotiated the sale.
“The opportunity to secure a freestanding retail investment in a location tipped for major growth such as this was a major selling factor, with the property inevitably set to benefit from one of the state’s most exciting retail developments,” Milne said.
