CHARTER Hall’s A-grade 225 St Georges Terrace office tower in Perth’s CBD has welcomed a swathe of new tenants.
In the latest deal, global computer tech giant Oracle Corporation has moved from its West Perth home to a 506sqm office on the ninth level of the building, on a five-year deal brokered by CBRE’s Luke Bray on behalf of Charter Hall.
It follows TBH recently moving into 290sqm on level 18; Eastwood Sweeney taking 248sqm on level four, and ERM moving into 250sqm on level nine.
“The deal is further evidence of the flight to quality continuing in the Perth market, whereby tenants – and in this case larger corporates in the inner fringe areas – are taking advantage of the current conditions to secure a footprint within the CBD.” Bray said.
Charter Hall’s WA regional office portfolio manager, Nick Hunt said occupancy at 225 St Georges Terrace had increased to more than 90%.
