ACCESS Service Australia has continued its national expansion, leasing a distribution facility in Melbourne’s south-eastern industrial hub of Dandenong.
Josh Fitt and Bryce Pane of CBRE, in conjunction with Charlie Betts of Nixon Industrial, negotiated the five-year deal for the 2,070sqm site at 32 Healey Rd on behalf of a private investor. The agents said rentals in the area range around $75 per sqm net.
Access Service Australia has expanded its elevating work platform services into Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales over the past 15 years.
Fitt said the property’s large hardstand component was pivotal to the deal, with Access Service needingto move to larger premises.
“When this Healey Rd property become available, offering an extensive hardstand area, it was clear this site would suit their future direction. Access Service Australia is excited about the opportunities a more tailored facility will offer moving forward.” Fitt said.
