THE federal government’s Department of Defence has offloaded a 74-hectare landholding in Darwin’s south-eastern growth corridor of Holtze for $13.51 million.
The offering comprised two properties that were sold in one line by Tony Pickering of KG Young & Associates, including the 66-hectare Portion 1157 and eight-hectare Section 5122 of the Stuart Highway.
Both properties were sold subject to the planned rail and utilities corridor to Glyde Point.
