SAVILLS has promoted three valuers in Sydney and Melbourne offices within the national valuation and advisory division.
In Sydney Sandra Peachey has been promoted to the role of national director, mortgage valuations.
In Melbourne Ross Smillie has been promoted to national director – industrial Valuations and Joe Phegan as state director Victoria.
Savills national head valuation and advisory, Stuart Fox, said the promotions would enhance Savills’ capacity to provide the most comprehensive service to existing and new clients.
“For many years Joe has been acknowledged as an obvious leadership candidate and it is fitting that the growth in our business provides him with the opportunity to assume the role of state director,” he added.
Fox said Smillie had been instrumental in the growth of Savills industrial valuation capability both within Victoria and nationally in his co-ordination of a number of portfolio engagements over the past 12 months.
He added that Peachey had been integral in both consolidating and enhancing Savills relationships with the major banking Institutions.
“Sandra has ensured that Savills Valuation & Advisory is seen as a credible service provider right across the property sector and fully deserves her promotion,” Fox said.
