A HIGH-end women’s wear brand has leased a corner modern corner shop at Shop E, 769 Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn for $73,000 per annum net.
The 89sqm space was leased by Andrew Prowse of Gross Waddell on a 2+2+2-year deal at $820 per sqm.
It includes a kitchenette and one underground secure car space.
“The property provided an opportunity for retail businesses to position themselves in the Hawthorn market with a prime corner frontage,” Prowse said. “We received over 50 enquires for Shop E, 769 Glenferrie Road as being surrounded by national tenants ensured the retail space would receive maximum foot traffic and exposure.”
