TRANSPORT company Arva Freight has acquired an office and warehouse property in Melbourne’s western industrial suburb of Laverton North for $1.36 million.
Ashley McIntyre and Charlie Woodley of Colliers International negotiated the sale.
The 2,360sqm site at 5 Everaise Court comprises a 520sqm building with mezzanine storage space, and 1,050sqm of hardstand area, and is zoned Industrial 3.
“We managed strong interest from local logistics companies wanting to take advantage of the extra space and close proximity to the Princes Freeway,” McIntyre said.
“We were only on the market for about 50 days and ended up receiving three offers for our vendor to select from,” she said. “There’s definitely high demand in the west for smaller warehouses with access to decent hardstands.”
