WOMEN’S clothing and accessories retailer Who Fish has signed a lease in Melbourne’s popular inner-eastern shopping strip of Hawksburn Village.
The Melbourne business will pay $73,000 per annum net for the 73 sqm Shop 3, 537 Malvern Road space in Toorak on a five-year deal with a five-year option.
Teska Carson’s Luke Bisset negotiated the deal on behalf of a private Melbourne investor.
He said the tenant had sought premises in a location that offered excellent exposure to a highly fashion-conscious market, and was easily accessible for current clients including parking and public transport.
Who Fish will be relocating from their nearby site at 497 Malvern Road.
