The 96 sqm two-storey Unit 51, 45-51 Huntley Street sold at a 4.2% yield with a short-term lease of $28,600 gross plus GST until March 15th, 2018.
The property includes roller door access, plentiful access and two parking spaces.
Auctionworks’ Jesse Davidson auctioned the property, which was marketed by Charlie McKenzie and Tom Reesby of JLL.
