ANDREW Muir, former head of The Good Guys, has sold off the Coffs Harbour site leased to the electronics and whitegoods retailer.
The 300 Pacific Highway building encompasses 2,496 sqm on a 5,916 sqm corner site and sold for $5.175 million at a 7.49% yield, with a 5+5-year lease.
It is located directly opposite a new Bunnings and next to Super Amart, Autobarn, Snooze and KFC.
Savills agents Steve Lerche, Andrew Palmer, Nick Peden and Clinton Baxter negotiated the deal.
