HVAC Management Services has pounced on a Tullamarine office and warehouse facility within one day of the listing signboard going up.
It paid $3.6 million for the 5,914 sqm property at 112 Lambeck Drive, which has a building area of 2,800 sqm, with high-clearance B-double access with concrete hardstand and ample parking space.
Savills’ Tom Lund and Tim Casanelia negotiated the sale on behalf of Iljin Australia, three weeks ahead of the scheduled auction.
“The purchaser had wanted to be on Lambeck Drive for some time and as it’s such a tightly held street in the Tullamarine Business Park, he knew he had to act fast to secure the opportunity,” Lund said.
