The building is on a 1,881 sqm site at 2 McLachlan Avenue with a large hardstand area and yard, and includes a 10-metre warehouse clearance and 119.40 sqm of office space over two floors.
The property is located close to Lane Cove Tunnel and the Pacific Highway.
Hugh Anderson and Brad Sutton of Sutton Anderson marketed the property, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
