A BUILDING materials distributor has leased a new warehouse in Melbourne’s western suburb of Ravenhall.
It will pay $78,000 per annum for the modern 986 sqm building at 15 Katherine Drive, which has a clear span warehouse of 833 sqm and one-site parking.
The property is close to key arterials Ballarat Road and Christies Road.
Leo Mancino of CVA negotiated the deal.
