CO-WORKING group Thrive has inked a five-year deal within the 52 Albert Road building in South Melbourne, having looked to establish a presence in the popular city-fringe precinct.
Jay Pavey of Lemon Baxter leased the property at $360 per sqm net.
He said it features exposed high ceilings and great access to public transport.
