A DEVELOPER has paid $4.2 million for a Sylvania residential site in Sydney’s southern suburbs, with plans to build more than 10 townhouses.
Zoned R2 Low Density Residential, the 2,863 sqm site at 51-53 Melrose Avenue comprises two homes offered in one line, and with a frontage of around 40.5 metres.
Current planning restrictions give the site a floorspace ratio of 0.55:1, and an 8.5-metre height limit.
Josh Crealy of Highland Commercial Property negotiated the sale.
The property is located close to Southgate Shopping Centre and the Princes Highway.
