BUSINESS growth has prompted cloud consultancy firm Versent to relocate within the Sydney CBD to Investa Property Group’s 6 O’Connell St.
It has signed a five-year deal over the entirety of level six of the 26-storey tower at $975 per sqm, in a deal negotiated by Chris Rowe of Savills.
Versent was established in 2014 and now consults several clients in the finance, telecommunications, media, public and utilities sectors.
“With easily sub-divisible floorplates of 600 sqm, the building appeals to boutique office-users seeking a core location, harbour views and close proximity to transport options,” Rowe said.
The 14,596 sqm building has more than 40 tenants, and recently welcomed popular restaurateurs, Restaurant Hubert and Balcon by Tapavino.
