AN investor has splashed out $815,000 for the Aquarius Car Wash in the Canberra’s northern industrial suburb of Mitchell.
Burgess Rawson’s Guy Randell and Steve Burke sold the 12/189 Flemington Road, which covers a corner site of 816 sqm and has a floor area of 207 sqm.
It sold with a new seven-year lease to the car was until 2024, with a three-year option, returning a net total of $56,298 per annum plus GST, with 3% annual rental increases.
The site is close to Gungahlin Drive and Well Station Drive. Tenants in the area include 99 Bikes, John McGrath Ford, Kennard’s Hire and Club Lime.
