NOOSA Junction’s Oasis Centre is going to auction, offering the chance for investors to acquire 10 retail and office tenancies on a 1,518 sqm site in the tourist hotspot.
The vendors, a family that has owned the site for 30 years, CBRE’s Rorey James, Ren Rafter and Kevin Tong are handling the campaign for 16 Sunshine Beach Road.
Oasis Centre has more than 50 metres of frontage to Sunshine Beach Road and 15 on-site parking spaces, and is close to the Coles-anchored Noosa Fair shopping centre.
Tenants include Mermaid Swimwear, which has operated from the site for nearly three decades, as well as Black Pepper Café and Village Bicycle, for a combined income of around $358,000 per annum net.
The complex is expected to sell for more than $5 million when it goes to auction on-site at 12.30pm on Friday, 15th March.
Rafter said Oasis Centre will likely attract substantial interest from buyers due to its location in one of Australia’s most renowned tourist destinations.
“Oasis Centre is ideally located within a precinct that is just as popular with locals as it is with tourists,” he added.
