A LOCAL investor has acquired the Qudos Bank branch in Melbourne’s Niddrie for $1.5 million under the hammer.
CVA’s Anthony Carbone and Craig McKellar sold 397 Keilor Road.
The 228 sqm site has a 190 sqm building, six on-site parking spaces and rear access. It sold with a five-year lease from 2017, with a five-year option, returning $68,640 per annum net. The sale price reflected a 4.58% yield.
Two bidders competed for the property, with 23 bids made, and taking the price $100,000 above reserve.
