WARWICK Farm’s high-rise cluster of buildings is set for a new addition after the New South Wales government sold a cleared lot of 1,048 sqm on the Hume Highway at auction for $1.72 million.
Ray White Commercial agents Jeff Moxham, Samuel Hadgelias and Joseph Assaf marketed 20-22 Hume Highway, in Sydney western suburbs.
The development site has a frontage of 36 metres and is zoned R4 High Density Residential, and was offered with “bonus” floor-space ratio above its existing of 2:1 FSR.
It is positioned on the fringe of the Liverpool CBD, and is a short distance from Liverpool Westfield, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital, Liverpool Hospital and Warwick Farm train station.
