HODGSON Partners has picked up a Melbourne CBD floor in what is believed to be a record price for an Exhibition St strata office.
Level three of ACCI House, at 55 Exhibition St, sold for $4.75 million in off-market deal through Knight Frank’s Jack De Lutis, Gellie Mendez and Andrew Hansen.
The sale price comes in at a floor rate of $19,388 per sqm, and follows level one of Alcaston House, at 2 Collins St, selling under the hammer at $16,044 per sqm just one week earlier through Colliers agents Anthony Kirwan, Chris Ling, and Martin Leong.
The Cannon family sold off the 91 sqm office for $1.46 million to an undisclosed buyer who lives close by. A 122 sqm basement space within the building has also sold, at $10,860 per sqm, to Elias Sleaby and David Roufael, owners of the adjoining Collins GP practice.
